Welcome to ENHEARTENED - My most personal project yet...

Hi there,

There’s something I’ve been wanting to share with you. Something I’ve been working on for a while.

And no, it’s not a course or anything as such.

It is more of a passion project that has been brewing in my heart for a while.

I’ve named it ENHEARTENED. Before I tell you more about it, a bit of a back story…

You may have heard me talk about this before… the concept of enheartenment.

To me it is the sacred art of bringing back into your heart all aspects of you, both light and dark. Especially the ones that you’ve been conditioned to see as unlovable.

I think it’s one of the most sacred acts of of self love.

I think about it as walking the sacred path at the intersection of ascension and descension… of enlightenment and endarkenment.

To me, it’s the birthplace of true self liberation. An embodied version of it.

So now, back to the passion project I talked about.

Welcome to ENHEARTENED w/ yours truly…

This moment has been a long time coming.

ENHEARTENED is finally here. And I couldn’t be more delighted to share it with you.

What is it? As you may have guessed, it’s a podcast, but just a bit more than that. It is truly a HeartCast. A sacred transmission from the heart.

Here is my intention with this show…

I don’t want this to blow your mind.

I want this to blow your heart, open!

In this digital age, our minds are often already blown to pieces.

I don’t think they need to be blown some more. But I think our hearts can use some more stretching.

The idea for this show has lived in my heart for a while, waiting for the right moment to come through. And now, I get to invite you into a space that I hope will stir something deep within you—a space where we dare to keep our hearts open, even in the most unsettling of times.

We are living in a season of profound change. The old ways of being—the ones built on fragmentation, repression, and survival—are crumbling before our eyes.

And yet, something new is striving to be born. A way of being that is more expansive, more whole, and more rooted in love.

Embracing that new paradigm will demand more openness of heart. It will ask you to become better at holding the opposites within yourself.

This is precisely what ENHEARTENED is about. And I am honored to bring you along on this journey.

We have an incredible lineup of guests—visionaries, thought leaders, and modern-day trailblazers—who will take us into conversations that open the heart, expand the mind, and invite the soul into deeper embodiment.

Remember, this is not just a podcast, it is a Heart Cast. My commitment is to make each of these conversations transmissions from the heart. Where we get to meet our naked humanness and inner divinity.
