You’ve probably heard me say this many times… There is no such thing as being stuck.
Yes, you will feel stuck many times in your life. And I’m not here to invalidate that experience.
But life never truly stops moving.
What often happens is that fear, doubt, and inner conflicts narrow our sense of what’s possible. They limit our evaluation of the choices we have available.
And when the path feels narrow, when we usually only see limited “safe” options…
that’s when we feel stuck.
What’s really going on is this: you are fragmented.
One part of you is looking toward the future you desire, while another part is pulling in the opposite direction, often to protect you from pain, disappointment, or risk.
It may look like it, but it is often not a lack of will power or discipline. It’s a conflict of needs and identities.
And until those parts are brought into conversation, until they are reconciled… no amount of pushing will move you forward in a sustainable way. No pep talks will lead you to true liberation.
That’s exactly what we’ll explore tomorrow at 1 PM ET, right here on Substack, in a free live call called: From Fragmentation to Liberation.
We’ll talk about:
Why feeling “stuck” is almost always a sign of inner opposition.
How to identify the parts of you that are in conflict.
The first steps to reconciling those parts so your whole self can finally move as one. This is liberation.
If you’ve been circling the same patterns for months (or years), this is a conversation you will not want to miss.
