The art of getting unstuck and unleashed

Welcome to the paradigm of enheartenment

A few days ago, I facilitated one of my favorite free workshops: the alchemy of resistance (PS: if you’d like to catch the free replay please head over HERE, I promise, it will be worth your time).

Why is it a piece of work that matters so much to me that this is the third time I run it live and completely free? Because at the core of my work the intent has always been self liberation… and dealing with our resistance is often a key piece of that inner initiation. So I hope that offering supports your journey.

Moving through unprecedented times of self liberation

I don’t know if you’ve noticed but we are moving through unprecedented times where one of the highest invitations of your inner divinity, is for you to embody deeper degrees of self liberation. I’d even go as far as saying that collectively, we are being mirrored all the areas of our lives where we are not yet free and liberated. Can you relate to that? How is that showing up for you?

That inner nudge toward self liberation can show up in so many different ways. It may look like

• wanting to lean into a work and career that doesn’t oppress your spirit,

• wanting to bring more of your authenticity in your relationships,

• wanting to feel like you are the authority in your own life,

• wanting to unleash your brightness, potential or creative ideas,

• wanting to liberate yourself from ancient pain you carry in the body,

• or just wanting to express more freely the love you know you are…

The list is infinite really… Yet if you look closely within, at the core of every single one of these desires, there is a scream for self liberation. At the core of most of the things we want, there is the desire to return to the original blueprint of your soul: free, unstuck and unleashed.

The times we’re living in carry the unique energetics of bringing to the forefront everything that makes us feel stuck so that they can be resolved.

Redefining getting unstuck and unleashed: Entering the paradigm of enheartenment

If you show me an area of your life where you feel stuck, and we truly dive in with radical curiosity and compassion, odds are we will find an aspect of you that you haven’t found a way to love yet.

We will find aspects of you that you are still (most likely unconsciously) keeping outside of your heart or in the dark. Sometimes these aspects hide in the shadow, and that’s what makes it hard to see them.

As an example, if you crave deep intimacy and yet you rarely reveal your true nature in your relationships, then it could be possible that the part of you that dreads ending up alone or feels unlovable, hasn’t yet been welcomed back into your heart.

If you crave to unleash your brightness into the world but won’t allow yourself to complete any creative idea you start, maybe the part of you that once felt unworthy of your light hasn’t yet been welcomed to your heart. Or maybe the part of you that carries a great deal of shame for having your creative spirit ridiculed still needs to be met with love.

You may even have the best reasons to believe that you “shouldn’t” welcome these parts of you back in your heart. Yet I truly believe that it is through welcoming these aspects back in your heart that you get unleashed.

This is enheartenment: the sacred art of welcoming all the aspects of you back in your heart. It is the highway to self liberation. It is the place where ascension and descension meet. It is the place where enlightenment and endarkenment rendezvous. By endarkenment I mean illuminating and integrating the aspects of yourself you often keep in the dark.

The outcome of that work is deepened self liberation.

Prompt

Pay attention to an area of your life where you’ve been feeling stuck lately. It could be anything. Then I’m inviting you to take a deep breath and to bring your attention to your stuckness. Pay attention to how it manifests itself. Notice the thought forms that come up around it. Pay close attention to the somatic sensations that emerge as you focus on it. Then ask yourself the question: the aspects of myself that this stuckness is inviting me to love are…

Answer that prompt in the most spontaneous way possible. Spend some time reflecting on the answer that emerge. Whatever the stuckness is pointing at, is what you get to bring back into your heart to get unleashed.

Deepening your journey

I am aware that the art of self liberation can be quite tricky. So much of it demands to be held in a space that is free of distortions, so that you can see your Self. There is something potent that happens when you do that in community.

That’s why last year I created The Embodied Light Project (ELP) community. ELP is a fellowship of devoted seekers who are animated with the intent to lead, love and serve with an unleashed heart. The purpose of ELP is quite simple, it is to help you resolve the inner conflicts that hinder your ability to heal, and to bring your light to the world.

We just opened the doors for the summer enrollment of ELP. As you may suspect, the theme for this year in ELP is enheartenment. Our monthly offerings, core curriculum and library of over 200+ hours of past workshops, are designed around that intent… to get you unleashed.

Finally, I’ve received many emails since I started this Substack community, asking me why I don’t charge for this Substack. The answer is simple. I love to have a space for deep creative introspection and reflection.
