The integration factor

The highest truths are often polarizing. That’s at least what I’ve observed in this world of duality.

Would you agree?

I think the polarization is part of the medicine of truth. It invites us to work through our divide and inner friction.

It invites us to reconcile our inner divide.

Polarization precedes healing and integration.

What does that have to do with you?

If you see yourself as a change agent of any kind, at the core of your being what moves you is truth.

A heartfelt desire to live at the speed and frequency of truth. The highest truth you can tap into.

A longing to let it infuse everything your create, share with the world, and how you show up.

That is part of your medicine. Would do agree?

What are the implications of that?

At the highest level, your medicine - your light - has the capacity to be polarizing.

But I think you already knew that. Right?

Deep down, it is something we can sense.

Just take a look at all the great teachers, artists, mystics and masters throughout history.

During their times many of them had powerful supporters and they also had strong detractors.

When I look at all the teachers and historical figures that I admire most for how much change they fostered, They all had one thing in common.

I call it the integration factor.

They seemed to a great extent, to have unified the polarities within themselves.

They also seemed to have mastered the ability not to let the polarization that their truth would create, cause them to shut down their voice.

They knew how to handle the adversity that comes with the expression of their brightness.

That adversity can look like disappointments, failures, personal attacks, navigating feeling lost or ostracized, loss, alienation, looking like a fool and so much more.

These people knew how to stand in the fire that may come with unleashing their hearts. They knew how to dance with it.

Through my years of service, I keep noticing that this is where many bright lights and creators get stuck today.

Most people aren’t stuck because they don’t know what to do.

They are stuck because they haven’t reclaimed yet the emotional capacity to handle the adversity that comes with surrendering to their calling.

Can you relate?

Let me paint you a picture.

Imagine being able to express your authentic nature and your gifts regardless of how they are received or how much polarization they create.

Imagine having developed the emotional capacity not to let the adversity that may come with the expression of your calling shut you down.

Imagine being in a place where the wounds from the past, emotional indigestions, and shadow material no longer hinder your capacity to live fully today.

That, to me, is the integration factor.

It’s a central piece of my work. It is the cornerstone of self liberation.
