The parts of you you've been conditioned to see as unlovable are done being silent
What embodied authenticity and greater visibility demand
There’s an inner rebellion you’ll inevitably be invited to face many times.
At first, it may show up as irritability, restlessness, or a growing impatience with ways of being that once felt tolerable.
You may feel less willing to comply, to explain yourself, or to keep smoothing the edges of your truth.
You may also experience it as deep self disappointment especially when you don’t allow a fuller expression of what is meaningful to you such as your purpose, your authenticity, your creativity and your craft.
I like to think of it as a shadow rebellion.
These are not signs that something is wrong. They are signs that something in you has had enough.
You may have heard me talk about this before, but I have experienced it big time last year a few months before submitting the last manuscript of my book Scars of Gold.
I was in a visibility crisis. Even though I was showing up online, embodying the identity of an author was kicking my ass. The parts of me rebelling were tired of holding onto narratives such as:
You weren’t born to be an author. You can write quotes on the internet, but that is as far as it goes…
Who do you think you are to think that your thoughts deserve to be in a published book?
You can’t even handle how much promotion is required to make a book successful, so what’s the point?
The parts of me that were tired of living under the oppression of these voices are what led the way to the liberation.
And when I did the work of deeply reconciling with them, I moved through the last steps of publishing the book with more grace.
The question I have for you is where in your life do you currently sense that inner rebellion?
The energy you once used to keep yourself silent, wants to be used to fuel your liberation and full expression
That shadow rebellion is what happens when the parts of you you were conditioned to see as unlovable stop being silent.
It often happens when you reach a threshold and when an upgrade is needed.
When your purpose is asking of you to become its spokesperson in a bigger way.
When your relationships demand that you drop the masks you’d been operating from.
These are the parts of you that are tired of submitting to the adaptations you’ve used to stay safe in the past that have demanded their silence.
They emerge when you are ready to be SEEN in a more truthful way.
They are trying to end the agreement that required your disappearance.
Building a new relationship with them is what creates your capacity to be SEEN without having your system shut down.
That inner rebellion only feels challenging because it requires an identity upgrade needed to hold your true voice.
And this is precisely why I’ve created SEEN.
SEEN exists because these parts do not need to be fixed or “healed away”.
They need to be met, integrated, and expressed in a way that does not destabilize your nervous system or cost you your integrity.
SEEN is about dissolving the fears that make expression feel unsafe, costly, or destabilizing.
It is about increasing your capacity to be witnessed without collapsing, self-abandoning, or retreating.
SEEN supports the transition from internal truth to embodied visibility. From knowing what’s true to living it out loud.
And I trust with everything inside of me that this is what these times demand.

What former participants have to say about SEEN
“SEEN was an incredible experience of being SEEN and witnessing others do the same. The material was so high-level and embodied at the same time. The integration journeys were truly transformational for me. The community was a crucial piece of getting comfortable seeing and being seen.”
