When you heart's calling won't take no for an answer
For most people, the most unhealthy relationships in their lives are not the ones they have with other humans.
I suppose you might be assuming that what I’ll say next is that the most unhealthy relationships in our lives are the ones with ourselves, right?
Well, even though it’s most likely true, it’s not what I’m getting at here.
The most unhealthy relationships is our lives are often the ones we have with our inner knowingness, our intuition, the unknown, and our true wants and dreams.
Would you agree?
Most people won’t even allow themselves to name what they truly want and dream of.
The sad reality is that most adults go through life like kids in grown up bodies, afraid to name what they truly want… Unconsciously waiting to be “allowed” to ask for what they want or even go after it.
This is what often gets us trapped in lives we despise.
This is what in time, will get you to feel stuck, and it might even distort the other relationships in your life.
Can you see that?
Transformation through surrender
Surrender is one of the most potent tools for personal transformation.
The way I see it, it has two components.
»»» The first one is this: to love yourself enough to see the truth.
It is to love yourself enough to step out of denial, as uncomfortable as it can be.
It is to love yourself enough to be radically honest with yourself.
How much are you willing to do that?
You want to know what embracing the first step of surrender can look like for yourself? Then complete the next 3 prompts as spontaneously as you can:

What I truly want that I rarely allow myself to name is…
Answer these with radical honesty. Truth will emerge. What comes up for you?
Of course awareness is only the first step of surrender.
Being aware of your inner knowing, your intuition and your true wants and dreams is not enough.
»»» The most important part of surrender is this: can you love yourself enough to honor your highest truth?
Can you love yourself enough to let your highest truth run the show?
Can you love yourself enough not to let your fears hijack your heart?
Can you love yourself enough to dance with the unknown and romance the unseen?
That is where the true work is.
That’s what my specialty is. To help you clear the inner conflicts that prevent you from moving forward at the speed of your highest truth.
This is transformation through surrender.
This is what has allowed me to surrender to the work I am doing at the moment.
This framework is what guides me when I reach new crossroads in my life.
You only transform and liberate yourself as fast as you are willing to surrender to your highest truth.
