You two look sooo radiant! Haven’t gone through the whole video, but loving the topic. I’m just starting to venture outside my turtle’s shell after a health scare made me realize that life’s short. What does it matter if I look a bit silly, if I think it’s worth trying, that it might deliver value, and an example of authenticity to others?
I needed to listen to this today. I relate so much to Ayesha’s experience. It’s refreshing to hear her story and the grace and realness she upholds in her life 🙏
Love this and the whole essential conversation interview. Touched so many great places and is so encouraging to me as an elder to see young people ageless and timeless in interdimensional exploration.
Am way to juicy and alive to call myself crone, which implies wizened, dry, bent over, wrinkled. The creative aliveness may never never allow old folk to resemble the wise old timers of before!
However I can say long ago before these terms were used, enheartenment enlivenment pointed to heart and belly center involvement of who and what we are as we evolve to homo luminous, not so prefrontal cortex involved. Yet the heart of being is active in the belly and mind, the creative dynamic aliveness of the belly is in the heart and head, and the brilliancy of knowing light and consciousness is in the heart and belly so our whole system is involved in literally lightening up. I just love it that things thatve been rattling around in here for decades is showing up in the world.
I speak about LightHeArted Being and the Essence~Soul~Body of the Holy Fool of and for this Love Life we are. It’s very different language, but I’ve had to find it, have it come alive in me because as good as what’s out there is, it didn’t quite express my experience. My LightHeArt Work comes as the expressive outflow of the essential creative life force, Eros & Psyche dancing through the underworld and the transcendent right in and through us in our daily lives. You could call it the tantra of daily living. Paradoxically HU*mans traverse the entirety of possibility including unity in duality, good and evil. Not sure how many species in the universe of infinite potential are engaged in such exploration. As damn hard and demanding as it is, it is also amazing, sublime and astonishingly wonderful.
Thank you for this. I’m sure lots of people will find it so encouraging (heart & belly quality) enlivening and enheartening. 🙏❤️🔥♾️⛲️💞💞💞
This was a breath of fresh air and I’m so glad I found your platform. Ayesha is very inspiring.
Yesterday, I asked for help with bravery. Expression has always been my biggest hurdle.
I really appreciated the directness of the conversation regarding racism. It’s such a controversial topic and many people are afraid to speak about it.
I needed to hear all of this. Thank you for building this beautiful, safe space. 🌸
‘the sacred rebellion of authenticity’ yesss 🔥 here for this
Can’t wait to watch. Already feel SO seen 💖
