My heart dropped at"It is protecting your younger self" never thought about looking at it that way...and it has more impact than thinking of it as an inner critic because i just fight hard with my inner critic i throw hands...where else when its my younger self i can be able to say... " i got you" or not at my watch".... Thank you so much
