Your gifts are tired of being in a situationship with you...
When your light demands more of you
Expressing your gifts, unleashing your expression and creativity in a world that doesn’t necessarily welcome them, are some of the highest forms of individuation… Which is the process of becoming all that you came here to be, beyond conditioning, fear and societal expectations.
This is something I don’t just know intellectually. It is something I live everyday.
I am very familiar with the daily stretch it takes to let your light and your highest truth call the shots in your life.
Even though it is something I do very imperfectly, I am continuously devoted to it nonetheless.
The situationship with your gifts
The issue is that most people are in a situationship with their gifts.
You know… only there for the good times… when they feel flow, peak inspiration or when they know there is a guarantee of praise, but unavailable when shit hits the fan.
And if this is you, I don’t blame you. It is challenging.
Just like any solid relationship, a deep union with your gifts requires commitment and devotion.
It demands that you build the capacity to stay when things get hard… when your insecurities get activated because the world around you won’t see the value in what you have to offer… when your light feels like too much or not enough.
When your light triggers your shadow
Every time you choose to express your light more fully, you also summon the parts of you that are afraid of it.
This is why you cannot be a lightworker without being a shadow worker too.
This is what makes this path so sacred and yet so demanding at the same time.
It demands that you know how to handle conflict with your own light and the shadow material it triggers.
The irony is that unleashing your gifts is one of the least glamorous things you’ll ever do. Don’t let social media fool you. It is spiritual warriorship and reinforcement at its finest.
The space where your light learns to lead
This is the reason I created the Embodied Light Project a few years ago.
To be the space where devoted seekers build the emotional and spiritual stamina to unleash their gifts and voices in a world that is often unwelcoming.
This is something I’ve spent the last 11+ years being devoted to.
Something I know for sure, is that being devoted to your gifts won’t always make you feel good, yet in my experience it is always the most freeing thing you can do.
ELP is not just another self-help community. It’s a space where seekers, leaders, and lightworkers learn to build the inner infrastructure that allows their light to lead sustainably.
ELP is the place where we learn to build the emotional capacity and spiritual stamina to let our light lead, to hold more power, more visibility, more truth.
It’s the place where we learn to resolve the inner insecurities, resistance and fear our light summons, so that we can embody more liberation.
Again, being devoted to your gifts won’t always make you feel good, but it will always set you free.
If you’re ready to move from being in a situationship with your gifts to being in a sacred marriage with them, then ELP is the place for you.
This is one of the most transformative things you can do for yourself, your mission, and the world at this time if you ask me.
Doors close Oct 9th at midnight.
In gratitude and reverence,
-Xavier
Why do the doors close on Oct 9? And when will it be possible to join again?
