Your light doesn't need you to be fearless

Emotional alchemy 101

You don’t fear success. You don’t fear being seen. You don’t fear your light. You don’t even fear failure.

Yes I know that’s a bold statement to start with.

I also know that it’s something you might’ve been led to believe your entire life.

What you truly fear is what they will cost you, and the potential pain they might expose you to.

If you’ve been in the vicinity of my work for a while, you might know that there are 5 main fears I identify that often hinder our ability to embrace our fuller potential.

The fear or humiliation, alienation, loss, persecution and death. The last one being more often metaphorical than literal. The death of an older identity. The death of a reality we’ve grown attached to.

I call these 5 fears the 5 horses of fragmentation. They hinder your capacity express your truest nature.

It you show me an area of your life where you feel stuck, I am almost certain that I will find one or more of these fears at play.

These are usually what lies underneath what you may call fear of success, of your light, of being seen or even of failure.

Alchemical thinking

I think these times crave alchemical thinking. What does that mean?

Looking at a mechanism of your psyche that seems destructive and seeing its golden shadow. The light that lies on the other side.

What does that mean practically?

The fears that have been causing you to shrink are a hidden invitation for expansion.

The dark horses of fragmentation are in fact aspects of your higher self in disguise. They know how to see in the dark. They want to point you towards aspects of your psyche that you need to meet with love and courage to set yourself free.

Fear is not a stop sign. It’s usually how the upgrade begins.

At first glance, it may look like your psyche is saying: “stay here, stay safe, stay small”.

Whereas in most cases, it is your soul whispering: “LIGHT IT UP!!”

Your light doesn’t need you to be fearless. It needs you to learn how to meet fear without letting it shut down your heart.

How does that sound to you?

That’s how the 5 horses of fragmentation and unconsciousness will become the 5 guides of integration and awakening.

That if you ask me, is the initiation of our times.

That skill is emotional alchemy 101.

That skill is what allows you to be unleashed in the ways you need to.
