Oh God, I don't even want to write this but I'm hungry for change. And I tend to push myself. As soon as I read that short piece about the body, I knew I needed to look at it, really focus on my tummy for example and- I feel like shouting now - let it speak. I obviously haven't been doing that. I know a lot went on there from an age too little to even contemplate or bare.
After years and years of therapies, mostly feeling type thankfully, I'm getting better, but going further and further back is ... well, difficult ๐
But do we even need to do this? Keep delving into the past and feeling the old wounds to release them? It works but...
There are those who say don't focus on that. Just choose what you want. You are already healed. And those who say they can work with your subconscious/higher self to release all your trauma in a short space of time, without you having to do all that inner child work.
Any thoughts? If you don't mind taking the time to share ๐๐ผ PS New to your channel so haven't read your other posts.
