I have yet to figure out exactly what it is I'm resisting! The frustration is building from the feeling of "stuckness"... how does one overcome the frustration of the resistance? Thank you for the article and sharing your wisdom ✨

Even the frustration needs to be met without resistance and explored. I hope the prompts can help you do that. Thank you for reading.

I saw a Caroline Myss quote recently, "Always go with the choice that scares you the most, because that’s the one that is going to require the most from you. Do you really want to look back on your life and see how wonderful it could have been had you not been afraid to live it?”

I'd include that the fear (aka resistance) is actually a sign you're going in the right direction!

It's almost like the the resistance is the initiation we need to do what our soul craves. It's a friend, not a foe.

Thanks Xavier for another provoking post!

This was just so timely for me. The past two years, a lot of very heavy fear has come up for me, mostly around being punished for doing something wrong (I'm sensing a persecution theme here, too). Trying to just "let it go" has not helped at all - understandably so, as I guess this fearful, controlling part of me is really trying to save my life the best way it knows how. I will definately ponder over your questions, thank you so much for sharing them. 🧡

I can completely relate to this. We can’t change a behavior or pattern of feelings unless we speak the language the subconscious understands, otherwise it’s protecting us from experiencing something again we don’t want to. It’s definitely a paradox in embracing versus resisting resistance and giving it space and acceptance to speak to us.
