I practice breath work daily to reset and move from a regulated baseline after I wake up and feel my emotions and check in with myself. It’s a beautiful tool for me to stay grounded in the gift that keeps on giving.
The Buddha also emphasized the importance of the breath. It conditions the body and creates bodily fabrications, i.e. how you experience your body is directly influenced by the breath.
I too have always had a fascination with breath and was just writing about breath as the first curriculum (given my teaching lens). Really resonate with breath as consciousness itself. Beautiful.
