When your soul calls... but your fears answer first
From Soul Sabotage to Devotion
I can’t count how many times I felt a clear moment of inspiration… You know, when your soul points the way and you can’t deny… And instead of honoring the calling I negotiated with it and contracted. Sometimes I stayed in that limbo for years.
I assume you have similar examples of what would qualify as self-sabotage?
The specific type of self-sabotage where you unconsciously fight what your soul is inviting you to express (more of your authenticity, your inspired ideas, and your light), I now refer to it as Soul sabotage.
This doesn’t mean that your soul is sabotaging you.
Instead, it means your patterns are sabotaging your soul’s expression.
How do you undo that?
The general misunderstanding many people have is that they need to wrestle their inner saboteur down to the ground in order to get unstuck.
And in my experience, that never works consistently.
The reality is that Soul sabotage is rarely laziness. It is rarely a lack of willpower or consistency.
It is what your psyche does to protect you from the emotional exposure required to live what your soul is asking of you.
That emotional exposure often brings up unresolved inner conflicts from the past.
This is what I’ve seen especially for people who have a big vision, a meaningful craft, or a truth they long to express.
The reality is that what your soul calls you toward is almost always vulnerable:
The expression of your craft.
The depth of love you wish to experience in relationships.
The gift you’re meant to bring.
The creativity you keep postponing.
The business idea that wants to be birthed through you.
Every soul-aligned desire demands that you reveal more of who you truly are. And that level of visibility will often awaken a contraction.
A contraction that is not resistance to the dream… But resistance to the vulnerability the dream requires.
Your system says: “Not safe. Not yet.” And in an instant, the saboteur appears. But that saboteur is not fighting your soul. It is protecting your younger self.
Or better said, your saboteur is pointing at the younger versions of you that require more of your attention and love, so that your soul may lead.
And I have created frameworks that have helped at this point thousands of people liberate themselves from the grip of soul sabotage.
I want to take you on a similar journey for free.

My heart dropped at"It is protecting your younger self" never thought about looking at it that way...and it has more impact than thinking of it as an inner critic because i just fight hard with my inner critic i throw hands...where else when its my younger self i can be able to say... " i got you" or not at my watch".... Thank you so much
